Lottery Payments

Congratulations!
Your dream of winning the lottery has finally become reality. After all the excitement has calmed down, it's time to decide how you would like to receive your lottery payments. In a perfect world, the amount of money you win should be the amount you get paid upfront in cash. Unfortunately this is not the case.
Many lottery payments, especially when a large sum is involved, are awarded in small structured payments or annuities. These small payments may not allow for major purchases like buying your dream home or starting your own business. It may take many years before the lottery payments are finally paid to you in full. Inflation further devalues your lottery payments and you may end up with much less than you hoped for.
In a typical state lottery, the cash value is roughly half the face value. This is because modern lotteries involve a bit of financial regulations. You've "won" a certain amount of millions only in the sense that you'll receive that much if you're willing to wait 20 years to collect it. What you've actually won is a lesser amount of cash, plus the interest that will accumulate on that cash over the course of the payment schedule.
Your only task is to determine your current and future cash needs then let our partners take care of the rest. Remember; you can sell all or just a portion of your future lottery payments.
The Process.
To ensure that you will not be taken advantage of in this delicate process, the government introduced a new federal law that requires you to seek court approval when you sell your lottery payments. This law works in conjunction with state laws to direct how the transaction will be completed. Normally once you decide to sell your payments, the process can take as little as 4 weeks and as long as 12 weeks to obtain the court order and for you to receive your lump sum.
Currently there are only a handful of states that allow the selling of your lottery winnings. Please keep in mind that if you reside in any state that is not listed below would still like you to fill out the form and contact us. State statues are not written in stone and they do change periodically. As soon as your state becomes eligible to exchange your future lottery winnings we would like to contact you with great news.
The following states allow for selling of lottery payments:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin.
